Brownfield Expansion Project 

TeKh Group partnered with our client to expand the capacity of an existing battery by installing bullets, racks, tanks, and buildings. Working within a brownfield site presented physical challenges, compounded by a strict timeline to align with a planned turnaround. To ensure seamless integration, our team executed a precise strategy to complete the installation on schedule.

TeKh Group completed the project safely, on time, and within budget overcoming time and space constraints to ensure the facility was operational as planned. The project was executed in accordance with industry best practices – B31.3 & Z662.

12″ Pipeline -13KM

TeKh Group was contracted to install a 13 km, 12” gas pipeline to support power generation within Alberta’s electrical system. The project required navigating rough terrain and adhering to a tight schedule. Our team collaborated closely to develop an efficient execution plan, which included:

• Installation of the 13 km pipeline, including all tie-ins
• Completion of four HDD crossings totaling 1,600 m
• Testing and commissioning

The project was successfully completed on time and within budget, securing reliable power generation and distribution for Northwest Alberta. TeKh Group achieved a Triple Zero safety record while maintaining operational efficiency. A performance-based agreement was established, providing a variable bonus to both parties for delivering the project under the proposed budget.
